Rob and Avery created Rover Coffee Company to provide a unique and unparalleled coffee experience for their customers, wherever they are. Their shared passion for coffee, service, and community has been developed and honed during their combined 20+ years of experience in the New York City specialty coffee industry. They have been baristas, trainers, managers, and have been responsible for operations at third-wave coffee shops, fine-dining restaurants and private and public events.

Their commitment to providing the best coffee experience for their customers drives ongoing research, experimentation, and continuous improvement, including traveling to Colombia to connect with producers and learn more about ethically-sourced coffee, the growing process, and harvesting practices.
